warm damp cloth with lemon juice……….You will not smell it any more.

try using febrese, a soapy towel, air freshiners,
and lysol. In my opinion lysol works the best

The new paint will seal in the boxes of the smoky smell and close the boxes of baking soda inside the smoky smell of baking soda if all else fails.

An area where they can get breeze mix water with vinegar doesnt mess the paint us.
