Does anyone know where I might find a coat / jacket like the one Josh Hartnett wears in the movie Wicker Park?

It’s a tan/brown, seemingly corduroy or suede, 3/4 length pea coat. I’m afraid I can’t find anything matching this description online.

I’d also love to find the sweater that he is wearing when he asks his girlfriend to move in with him. It buttons along one shoulder…

If I can’t buy these items anywhere, does anyone know where and for how much I could have them tailor made? Thank you!
