I’d also love to find the sweater that he is wearing when he asks his girlfriend to move in with him. It buttons along one shoulder…

I bought a wicker chair at a garage sale and spray painted it a brown color. Even though it said it was for wicker, the paint soon started peeling. I was told I should of used a primer. I would like to start over. I’ve tried scrubbing off the peeling paint with a wire brush but only spots come off. Is there a product that will remove the paint?
