When the holiday season arrives, everyone is busy with shopping. We all shop for gifts, new furnishing, clothes, and more. We call this the shopping fever, or the shopping craze. Most people know the shopping craze as shopping for clothes. Who would have thought that something like wicker furniture would whip up a storm and turn into a shopping craze too!

For those who are not familiar with this special type of furniture, here is a brief introduction. Wicker furniture is a type of furniture that is made from cane. As you know, there are many different types of cane (e.g. bamboo). And wicker is just a term used to describe the process of making furniture from cane. So you can expect to find different types of cane being used, but the furniture looks and feel similar.
Cane mostly grow in Asian countries like Indonesia or Philippines. They are abundantly available, but in their natural form, they are very tough.
