Decorating my front porch for summer?

I have a 12ft. by 12ft. front porch with pillars on the front. I have always decorated it the same every year with wicker chairs, table , and decorate with plants. Very warm and inviting. However no one ever sits out there, so I’d like to use the furniture in my backyard seating area. Any ideas how to make it warm and inviting wihtout furniture?
