Redecorating ideas?

Tuesday, March 31st, 2009
Teraysa W asked:

I have just purchased a log cabin and am looking at ways to redecorate it. I love wicker furniture and feel that it would give my new home the summer getaway feeling that I have fallen in love with.
However my mother has emphatically stated that wicker furniture would look out of place in a log cabin. She has suggested that I go with a more country looking style.
Is there a way to please the both of us. Does anyone know where I can find some wicker furniture with a country look to it.

Decorating my 6 year old daughter’s bedroom?

tjacbp asked:

I’m horrible with decorating, but I want something that is fun and beautiful for my daughter without paying a lot of money.
She has all white wicker furniture in her room that my grandma had given us a few years ago. So, I think with that it could be a really neat room.

I want something that you can change maybe pictures or accessories easily, without redoing her entire room every 2 years.

I’ve been looking for pictures on the internet but I haven’t found too many. I want the room to be girly.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Judith
